Protecting Kids from Big Tobacco
Each year, 20,000 Colorado youths become daily smokers. Unless we act now, tobacco will addict - and ultimately sicken - another generation. CTEPA's work at both a statewide and local level puts special emphasis on preventing youth tobacco use through access restrictions and prevention.
It is illegal to sell tobacco to anyone under the age of 18. If you witness tobacco being sold to anyone under 18 years old, click here to find out how to report it.
